When we visited the building in 1992 and November 2007, it still looked as new as on the day it was finished in 1985. While Alfredo Brillembourg and Hubert Klumpner had previously only worked in the slums of Caracas with Urban-Think Tank, they are now developing their first projects in Sao Paulo and plans for working in India and Europe are taking shape. As professors of urban planning at ETH Zurich, they would like to further expand the exchange of the cities of the north and south in an academic arena.
