Construction Begins On Herzog & De Meuron’s High-Rise

Construction begins in New York City on the first high-rise tower of Herzog & de Meuron. The building at 56 Leonard Street will be a 57-story residential building at the intersection of Church Street and Leonard Street in the Tribeca Historic District of downtown Manhattan, where it will rise above historic 19th century neighbours.

New Plans for a Waterfront Stadium

A second design for the new 36,000-seat waterfront stadium for Portsmouth Football Club designed by Swiss Architects Herzog & De Meuron has been released. The stadium will be designed at a new location further from the adjacent naval base.

40 Bond
