Shortlist of this year’s special awards
The RIBA has announced the shortlist of this year’s special awards, which are chosen from the RIBA Award winners. The awards will be presented at the Stirling Prize ceremony on 11 October in Liverpool.

The Royal Institute of British Architects has unveiled the Stirling Prize Shortlist. The winner will be announced this October 11. The shortlist for the Stirling Prize chosen from the winners list of the RIBA National Awards and the RIBA EU awards.

The RIBA National and International Awards were announced on June 27th. The final shortlist for the £20,000 Stirling Prize which includes the RIBA National Awardees will be announced on July 17th, and the winner on October 11, 2008.

RIBA International Awards and Lubetkin Prize shortlist unveiled
The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) has announced the five winners of this year’s international awards and shortlisted three of them for the Lubetkin Prize. The Lubetkin Prize is awarded for the most outstanding building outside the EU by an RIBA member and is chosen from the winners of the RIBA International Awards.
