From June 29 to July 3, 2008, the 23rd UIA World Congress of Architecture is being held in Torino. Teodoro Gonzalez De Leon will receive the 2008 UIA Gold medal

The jury of the 2008 UIA Gold medal decided in April 2008 to award the medal to the Mexican architect Teodoro Gonzalez de Leon. He will receive the medal at a ceremony, on 2 July 2008, during the twenty third UIA Congress in Turin.
