The 12th International Architecture Exhibition, with the title of "People meet in architecture", directed by Kazuyo Sejima and organized by la Biennale di Venezia will be open to the public from Sunday 29th August to Sunday 21st November 2010 in the Giardini, Arsenale and in various locations throughout Venice.

The nature of a country’s housing is shaped by many factors beyond the will of its architects. “Home/Away: Five British Architects Build Housing in Europe” considers the social and economic constraints within which different European housing cultures have emerged, and is particularly concerned to convey the testing conditions within which housing in Britain is produced.

From Sunday 14 September to Sunday 23 November 2008, the 11th International Architecture Exhibition at the Venice Biennale will showcase some of the most exciting architecture from around the world.

Gareth Hoskins Architects have won the competition to design the so-called Gathering Space, the Scottish presence at the 2008 Venice Architecture Biennale. Scotland’s first Venice Biennale pavilion ever will be situated in a major piazza during the first week of the Biennale.
