This studio building is buried in the ground along its rear face. The structure consists of windowless reinforced concrete walls largely clad with polycarbonate sheeting. The roof is borne by a series of steel beams, with trussed girders in the areas of the lantern lights. The translucent polycarbonate cladding ensures an even lighting quality internally for the painter-client. Plasterboard wall linings, white painted steel members and terrazzo pavings create a pleasantly restrained atmosphere, despite the lack of visual links with the outside world. To maintain the homogeneous appearance of the facade, the doors are also in plastic. At night, they radiate light like the lantern structures on the roof.
