Some would be amazed that England and Restaurants could even be mentioned in the same breath. Malicious tongues would have it that where dining has not exactly the best reputation, diners should rather be seduced with interior design. Experience tells us, however, that the quality of the food often correlates with the quality of the ambience. Only those of us who have not been in London for decades, therefore, could possibly be amazed that London restaurants are well established among the trendsetters.
