The roofs and façades of the three building forms are all homogenously clad, without visible jointing, in surface-blasted steel panels. The buildings are connected via various interconnecting walkways while the fenestration is recessed into a secondary level behind perforated steel sliding panels. The surrounding open areas are covered by square-format steel panels with continuous, monumentalised leaf patterning which also fulfil the function of a plinth when opened upward.
