Containing four dwelling units, this brightly coloured cubic structure was built in a solid form of construction, with a composite thermal insulation system and windows set flush with the outer face. Cut into the ground floor facade are openings for loggias and the staircase to the upper dwellings. The client, a painting contractor, collaborated on the colour scheme. Two coats of yellow silicone-resin paint were applied to the external face, and the surface was treated with brushes and sponges. Finally, a terracotta-toned glazing coat was applied, so that the building appears to be soaked in colour. Internally, the uniformly white walls and soffits of the dwellings are contrasted with the dark parquet flooring.
