The “m-house” combines the advantages of a mobile, temporary dwelling with the living standard of a loft. The two prefabricated -segments, 17 ? 3 m each, are delivered 12 weeks after the order is placed, and assembled in one day. Following hook-up to the infrastructure it’s ready for occupation, offering a large, open living and dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom, WC, utility room, and underfloor heating. The interior walls are clad with pale birch plywood, contrasted with the black linoleum floor and the dark bricks at the wood-burning oven. The client has a variety of options for the facade, ranging from caravan-like corrugated aluminium siding to more sedate cedar boarding.
