Extrusion of the acrylic glass panels. The flat panels are laid on the CNS-milled form, then melted at a temperature of 160°C in a computer-operated oven (at back of image); vacuum suction pulls the acrylic into the form. After the gradual cooling process the panel is heated to 80°C to alleviate material stresses.
