The Zayed National Museum in Abu Dhabi by Foster + Partners features five steel towers, the shapes of which are inspired by the wings of falcons. They function as thermal chimneys. The meandering walkway leading to the viewing platform on the roof of the Yellow River National Museum in Zhengzhou by gmp retraces the natural contour of the Yellow River itself.
