Multi-family house in Frankfurt 2015, HHS Planners + Architects. Comprising 74 residential units, the so-called Active Townhouse (see separate article in this issue) is the first multistorey residential building to achieve the Efficiency Plus standard for plus-energy buildings. Currently, the new-build is being evaluated in the pilot phase of the AktivPlus association.
