Residential development in Innsbruck, Vogl-Fernheim Architects 2015. The four-storey newbuild on the left of the image became the first multi-family house to be certified as Passive House Plus in the summer of 2015. Its energy concept comprises a groundwater heat pump, as well as solar thermal and photovoltaic arrays.
