Residential building in Geisenheim 2014, Drexler Guinand Jauslin. This new-build is part of a boarding school and is also being evaluated in the AktivPlus pilot phase. Energy is supplied by PV modules on the roof and a solar thermal array in the south facade, as well as a heat pump and an ice storage tank.
