Apart from the basement the houses were erected using a wood panel construction system with prefabricated cross laminated timber elements. Externally these were clad with a rough cut larch boarding, in the area of the loggias a system of horizontal timber sections form a permeable layer, part of which serves as a parapet, while part screens the residents from the sun and enquiring gazes.
