Housing for a mix of generations “am Mühlgrund”: this housing development in the 22nd district consists of three distinct parts. The layout and the facades of rough-sawn larch ensure that the buildings to designs by Herman Czech, Adolf Krischanitz and Werner Neuwirth harmonise with each other. The construction costs were 1432 euros per m2.
