Seestadt Aspern is one of Europe’s largest development areas. Located in north-eastern Vienna, the 240-hectare site is well-served by public transport and only about 25 minutes from the centre by underground railway. It is planned to create housing here for 20,000 people by 2028, along with 20,000 work places. Last year 3,000 dwelling units for more than 6,000 people were completed in the Seestadt.
