Timber building by Berger+Parkkinen Architekten and querkraft Architekten in the Seestadt Aspern. Alongside apartments with floor areas between 42 and 110 m2 this development, which was completed in 2015, also includes shops and communal facilities. The courtyard provides a lively centre for the large housing complex.
