All building components, from the load-bearing concrete elements to the aluminium facade units and the prefabricated sanitary blocks, were prepared in a nearby works, stored there and delivered to the site “just in time”. Careful planning and sound logistics meant that only two lorries were necessary for the transport, travelling back and forth between the factory and the site.
