André Kempe is a founding partner of the Rotterdam-based Atelier Kempe Thill. The architectural practice focuses on residential, educational, and cultural buildings in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland, and Germany. He teaches at Leibniz University in Hanover.
