The top visualisation shows the original CLT (cross-laminated timber)-Light version of the ceiling unit designed for automated production. The bottom is a variant of the punt ceiling developed at LeipfingerBader and will be installed at VLE Tirschenreuth. The cavity above the insulation layer may be used for cable routing. A timberbased board is used for the top of the unit.
