Wellness and Congress Hotel in Podczetrtek
Podcˇ etrtek spa in Slovenian Styria has a long tradition, and like many other thermae in eastern Europe today, it is enjoying a tourist boom. The Sotelia, opened in March 2006, is a “wellness” and congress hotel that extends the services on offer for a more sophisticated clientele. Situated at the foot of a hill, the new structure by the two young architects Dean Lah and Milan Tomac closes off the heterogeneous existing Terme Olimia spa and holiday complex along the edge of the forest.
