Banking Complex in Lodi, Italy

Built for a number of the largest banks in the region, the complex consists of a strip 250 m long with four cylindrical towers of different sizes that echo the historical towers of the town. All facades are clad with terracotta tiles. Between the elongated strip and the towers is a public open space, over which a horizontal glass roof is spanned. It is suspended from a cable network with mirror-image trussing on the underside to prevent the roof from lifting.
