Garden House in Meckenbeuren
Designed as an annex to the main house, this minimal structure can be used as a studio, summer house, guest quarters or retirement home. Movable elements show great flexibility. Non-full-height MDF partitions suspended from steel beams permit the full extent of the internal space to be perceived. The only fixed elements are the cooking, sanitary and cupboard units.
