This two-storey building for conferences and training purposes sets itself off from neighbouring developments with its simple, clear lines. The visitor is conducted along an L-shaped exposed concrete wall to a narrow rectangular space. This long line of approach corresponds to the idea underlying many Japanese paths of meditation. The layout of the building consists of two rectilinear volumes that intersect at an angle to each other. At their point of intersection they are penetrated by a cylindrical form, which houses the foyer and staircase.
