Discothèque in Barcelona
A former garage has been converted into a discothèque with an adjoining restaurant and bar. Particular attention was paid to the unconventional design of the sanitary facilities in the new basement. A large lantern light in the dance floor creates a visual link between the disco and the toilet area. Stroboscopic spots shine up through the floor from the lower level, where a circular suite of marble-topped lavatory basins has been installed. The design of the lavatory basins, the halogen lamps, soap dispensers, warm-air hand dryers and mirrors creates a striking effect.
