This small timber hut is situated at the edge of a lake in the Forest of Amboise. It was built on a 70 m² raised platform, the surface of which is roughly 2.50 metres above the ground. The area of the actual hut is approximately 30 m². Sliding external wall elements and a device for winding up the wall on the water face to an open position beneath the roof make it possible to use the structure either as a sheltering hut or as a viewing platform. There is neither electricity nor water supply. The materials used are largely industrial products.
