Stadium in Stuttgart
This 34,000 m² fabric roof, which provides a covering for all spectator areas, was planned and erected within a period of just under two years. The planning also had to take into account the possible later addition of a second tier above the main stand as well as an outward extension of the stands on the opposite side. The roof has an oval form with a constant width of 58 m. The overall dimensions measured along the main axes are 200 m and 280 m.
