Hall in Ostfildern, Nellingen
An open architectural competition was held for the conversion of a dilapidated old tram depot into a multi-use centre with a variety of functions. It was to serve, for example, as an adult education centre, a music school, old people's flats, theatre and concert hall. In short it was to become an important community centre as part of an urban renewal scheme for the centre of Ostfildern.
