Housing Development in Munich
On the site of the former Stiebel Eltron factory, southeast of the production building, a residential complex with one-, two-, and three-room apartments was to be developed in the first construction phase. Further construction phases are planned. The immediately adjacent production building is to be converted into a boarding house; initial work on this has already taken place. The building presented here will contain 98 apartments accessed by three stairwells. Maisonette apartments are located under the 45° pitched roof. Open galleries connect to the living spaces below.
