Finsbury Avenue Office Building, London

The building represents the first of three planned phases of an office expansion for Rosehaugh Greycoat Estates Limited. A total of 50,000 square metres of additional space will be added. The first phase comprises 25,000 square metres of pure office space, as well as a pub, a restaurant, several shops, and a small leisure centre. The eight-storey building is constructed around a glass-roofed atrium courtyard. The floors, each with approximately 3,000 square metres of usable space, are accessed via two separate cores. Along the long sides, the facade is set back on the 5th and 6th floors, creating planted terraces.
