On a corner plot with an irregular footprint, two buildings with square floor plans and gently sloping pyramidal roofs were erected on either side of the central main entrance. The building complex has two stories throughout. The two levels to the left of the entrance house the López Torres Museum. The upper level of the building on the right forms an extension of the museum and serves temporarily as a rehearsal hall for the city orchestra. The ground floor below was designed as a cinema or lecture hall.
