The house stands on a roughly east-west oriented plot of land approximately 30 metres wide and 35 metres deep in a very sparsely developed residential area of single-family homes, directly on the edge of the city forest. On the entrance side, it is shielded from the street by dense trees and opens onto the garden, which slopes down to the west and borders the city forest.
