The design of this single-family house is a further development of the design that the Nyrén office created for the "Holzhaus 70" competition. The aim was to quickly and easily create a house from the "single-family house" template, one that possesses superior qualities in both spatial and structural detail compared to a standardized house, while simultaneously representing a genuine alternative to a "custom-designed" home.
