Protected Entrances to the "badkap" Bathing and Leisure Centre in Albstadt

The sloping terrain was cleverly used to conceal the building's mass. The elongated structure, with changing rooms and a restaurant on the ground floor, is connected to the wave pool only on the bathing level below. The full height of the building is visible from the southwest, towards the outdoor pool. Large roof overhangs protect the facade and create a buffer zone between the interior and the exterior.
