After examining various development options for the very small plot, we opted for two narrow, side-entranced semi-detached houses, intending to allow both apartments to benefit equally from the site's unique features. This solution involved organizing the apartments in a tower-like fashion across four floors. Adjacent to the two interior zones, a built-up outdoor zone was incorporated into the setback: a steel structure partially supports roofs made of glass or aluminium sheeting to protect the entrances, cars, bicycles, and children's toys; in other sections, it is covered with wire mesh to serve as a trellis for climbing plants.
