University of Passau - Humanities Institutes and Lecture Halls

Above the reinforced concrete base levels, which are used as parking levels up to approximately 5 metres above ground level due to the risk of flooding, the institute's wing was constructed as a reinforced concrete frame with solid slabs and 49 cm thick plastered exterior masonry. The perforated facades feature windows made of powder-coated light metal. The varying window shapes and sizes are set at different wall levels, with differentiated reveals and cornices. Wall copings and cornices are made of granite. The timber-framed roof is covered with copper sheeting.
