The building is situated in a planned urban quarter dating from 1911-1915. From the street network to the detailed design of the facades, every element conforms to the overall design concept. Urban design guidelines were therefore intended to ensure the integration of new buildings and maintain homogeneity. We understood the urban design analysis as providing information and recommendations, not as a rigid obligation. We sought to determine where the characteristics defined by the quarter's tradition aligned with our intentions and where they conflicted. Thus, we adopted the basic regulations for the facade sequences with their emphasis, the four-storey height, the trellis zone, and the definition of the front garden.
