Administrative Building in Chatham/UK
Lloyd's Insurance Company needed a new administrative building for approximately one thousand employees. The site on the Medway River has a 12-metre drop between the road and the river. The floor plan of the staggered building is in the shape of a figure eight, with two courtyards on different levels. The main entrance is located on the middle level, in the centre of the building.
