Residential Development Bonn-Hardtberg
Following the international competition "Elementa 72," the first part of which was realized in Nuremberg-Langwasser, a development proposal for the central area of Bonn-Hardtberg was developed around 1974. Due to subsequent developments, the initial 4-7 storey building concept was modified in 1977 into a 3-4 storey, densely built detached house complex in the form of townhouses, and construction took place from 1980 to 1983. The first phase of construction was realized as a residential street (with an underground parking garage). The planning objective was to achieve a diverse and varied development through a flexible system of offered house types and close collaboration with future residents.
