Bad Salzuflen Spa Guest Centre
The spa visitor centre was built at the interface between the town centre and the spa grounds. It unites under one roof the spa administration with all its departments, the spa guest hall as the central point of contact for the organizational support of spa guests, a health studio, workshops and craft rooms, shops, and a café. The building closes the existing gap between the town and the spa park and, together with the new entrance plaza to the spa grounds, shapes the area between Bleichstraße, the spa park, and the graduation towers. With the help of engineers, we endeavored to create the most delicate and refined concrete finish possible in this building. We enhanced its appearance by adding a special cement that makes it appear lighter.
