Design concept: The topographical and foundation conditions allowed for only limited depth development. Particular attention was paid to the landslide-prone southern slope. Hemmed in by the road and the slope, a concept was developed that opens to the southwest with an inviting gesture towards the slope and the view, connecting to the road via a long, covered entrance ramp, while the quarter-circle, green-roofed pressure structure seals off the area to the east and south and absorbs the slope thrust forces.
