Bakery in Munich
In the courtyard of an inner-city property, a high-performing business was convincingly integrated into the mixed-use character of the neighbourhood: the residential building facing the street was preserved, the three-storey industrial building in the courtyard was restored, and the new bakery, approximately 800 square metres in size, was built at its rear. This bakery adjoins existing buildings on three sides.
