Park Ranger's House in Vaterstetten
The "park warden's house" for the sports and recreation park has become an almost tower-like building: partly to allow for an overview of the extensive grounds, and partly for aesthetic reasons, as a counterpoint to the elongated grandstand building of the sports complex. The ground floor houses the service rooms. For fire safety reasons, these, like the basement, had to be constructed of concrete. The warden's apartment is located on the upper and attic floors.
