The former agricultural building next to the monastery church, designed by Michael Fischer, became available in 1974 due to the construction of a new farmstead. Because of its poor condition, the owners, the St. Vincent Monastery, intended to demolish it. However, the irreplaceable value of the historical structure necessitated consideration of its suitable use. Since the Church of the Assumption of Mary will not be heated even after its restoration, the decision was made to convert the former stables into the so-called winter church, St. Stephen's, with a parish hall above.
