The extensive renovation of Deutsche Bank's block on Königsallee led to the demolition of a 1950s building, which was replaced by a new structure. This new building forms the main entrance, providing access to the 2,000 m² customer hall within the block. The floor heights of the adjacent older buildings were adopted for the hall, resulting in a two-storey columned hall with spans of 8.40 m and a height of 7.20 m. Wide mezzanines for bank employees were suspended from the ceiling on three sides.
