Garden Courtyard House Group in Osnabrück
Four plots of land, each approximately 270 m², in a new residential area on the outskirts of Osnabrück, designated in the development plan as a "purely residential area" with garden courtyard housing, were jointly developed by three owners with three separate residential units and an office wing. The contract stipulated personal ownership of the parts of the building used exclusively by each partner and joint ownership of the shared areas and facilities.
