Bank and Office Building in Zurich
The Swiss Bank Corporation required a building with approximately 1,000 workstations at its "Flur" site in Zurich-Altenstetten for its processing departments (organizational units of the commercial and international divisions) and for its affiliated service companies. The planning requirements included: optimal operational processes, maximum utilization of the site, and high energy efficiency and building technology standards. Furthermore, the building's exterior and interior design was intended to serve as a potential model for the future. After thorough studies, a solution with open-plan offices was chosen.
