The new branch of the Bank for Public Economy was built on a plot of land of approximately 1000 square metres on the edge of the business centre and at the end of a pedestrian zone, in the immediate vicinity of a parking garage. The inclusion of additional rentable office space and the option of adding two more stories to the building were designed to accommodate potential future expansion of the company, while ensuring a clear separation of access to the bank area and the rented offices.
